Print these and keep a stack in the van. Fill them in by hand on site — no phone, no battery, no signal needed.
Pre-Start Site Check
Two minutes before you start. Gives you a dated written record that you checked the site.
Vehicle & Tool Check
Weekly check on the van and gear. Catches the flat tyre before it costs you a morning.
Job Intake Form
Fill this in while the client is still on the phone, so you're not calling back three times.

What's NOT Included
The section that prevents most disputes. Tick what does not form part of your price — it prints on every quote.
Printing to PDF
In the print window open More settings and turn Headers and footers OFF, or the file
location prints on your client's document. Your browser remembers it.
iPhone: tap Create PDF, then Share → Save to Files or send straight to the client. Android: choose Save as PDF as the printer. Mac / PC: set the destination to Save as PDF.
Put it on your home screen
iPhone: open this file in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. Android: open in Chrome, tap the three dots, then Add to Home screen.
It then opens full screen in one tap and works with no signal.
Backup
Everything is stored on this device only — nothing is uploaded anywhere. If you clear your
browser data or change phone, your saved documents are gone. Download a backup once a month.
The PDFs you send clients are always your permanent record.
Fair warning
This kit gives you well-built documents and a tool to produce them — it isn't legal, tax or safety
advice. The Pre-Start Site Check is a general record for your own use and is not a Safe Work
Method Statement; it does not replace a SWMS or any other document required for high-risk work.
Tax invoice requirements, GST registration, debt recovery rules and WHS obligations differ by state.
